What\’s the best type of mascara for people with thin, short eyelashes?

by Kim on November 3, 2008

mascara
shell. asked:

I've always desired gorgeous eyelashes, thick, long, separated, and natural looking. How can I achieve this with a mascara that is:
A) lengthening ( i'd love this above all!)
B)thickening (not too much)
C) separating (not spider legs..heehe :] )
and
D) not super expensive.
I know its a lot to ask for but has anyone found a mascara like this? oh and also i have pretty short and kinda thin lashes. and i don't want to put false ones on.
thank you soo much!!!
all answeres are appreciated!
you guys are the BEST :D

I too have short, thin eyelashes, and my favourite is Maybelline. It’s not expensive either (between £4.99 and £6.99) and really does have the desired effect. Also, and I think very important, it doesn’t clump or smudge. Give it a go.

Good luck.

More than Mascara, has worked for me for 10 years… However it’s the way you apply it that makes a difference. If you apply it from repetitious side to side stokes beginning from where the lash begins to end. However there is a product I have recommended to family/friends and clients called Revitalash it retails for $139 but well worth it! If you really want to see results, I have seen before and after results first hand.

Since you have short lashes, I recommend MK Signature Ultimate Mascara by Mary Kay. Let me know if you need a consultant.

Lancomes Definicils has been the Number one selling mascara in the US for ten years. It Defines each lash and gives great length. Also you should try a Primer, Lancome’s Cils Booster XL. It gives an extra boost of length and volume, it also protects and actually helps the lashes grow back. The mascara is $23.00 and the Cils Booster XL is $20.00. Good luck.

I use the Bee Lushcious Mascara from Bee-Luscious. It is not cheap but well worth the money. I don’t know if it is too much for you or not because what may not be super expensive to you may seem very reasonable to someone else. So I will paste the link and you can decide for yourself.

I you want a legnthening and thickening mascara thats totally clump free, you should try the Maybelling XXL micro fiber mascara. Its double sided because it has 2 steps. Step 1: White base-coat dramatically legnthens eyelashes…Step 2: Volumizing Top coat builds thick, visible lash volume and locks in intense color. The best part is, it doesnt clump or smudge AND its not super expensive! It comes in 2 colors; extra brown and very black. I have this product and its amazing!

Hope I helped =]
