Max factor works best for me.
It does not clump, and comes out making your eye lashes look long and lush. You should try it.
Covergirl Volume Exact works really well.
The bristles never get clumpy at all. its really awesome.

Get a volumizing or thickening mascara.

Here is a tip:
use some type of eyeliner (liquid works best, but pencil is good too) that matches your eyelashes and draw a thickish line on just your upper lash line! This will make your lashes look fuller!
