Wear mascara on your top lashes only. 2. Draw a thin line with eyeliner just above your top lashline. 3. Line your bottom inner rims with eyeliner. Hope this helps! When applying mascara to the lower lashes make sure you wipe the wand so it can be clean, the accumulation of mascara on the wand will give you that trashy look which you do not want, also wait a minute till it dries before applying more, it will become bulky if you don't. Mascara is always fashionable try different brands till you find one you like.
