Baby oil is the best way.
(read in 2007 Glamour magazine) adn no, it wont do any harm to your skin cuz you have to wash it off right away or you can leave ti on.

well there isn't really any way. but i use waterproof mascara and i went to osco or like target and got this stuff called

Expert Eyes moisturizing eye makeup remover from Maybelline newyork.

use it before you take a shower (cause you look like a raccoon and it is oily) and it will come right off. it is in a little bottle with a pink cap. this stuff is great.

You can't get off waterproof mascara without makeup remover. The only other thing I would suggest is Pond's Cold cream. If you just use a cleanser, it won't come off your lashes. Don't try picking it off either or you will me missing a bunch of lashes. Just go buy some Neutrogena eye makeup remover. It's worth it.

Buy a cleanser that you can use around the eyes. You can find some at Origins and they can give you many tips and they have so many great products. Water proof mascara is not good for you over time because it is hard to get off and when you try to take it off, your eyelashes come out. Try not to use mascara and you should use eyeliner.

You might not agree but baby oil and vaseline work fine, makeup remover is basically just baby oil with a different scent, make sure you wash your face after you use it though because your face will be all oily!It also works for eyeshadow and stuff like that.

Good luck!!

In the shower…..use your facial cleanser….or soap.
Then when you get out of the shower, if you have "racoon eyes" use a Q-tip…..wet it with your tounge….and gently run it along the bottom of the eyes. (It sounds gross, but it works like a charm.)

Mary Kay has a Oil-Free eye makeup remover that I would die without. It's about $14 and it lasts a long time.

Go to marykay.com to see their products.

pure water. that works for me as sometimes i am too lazy to whip out the remover.

usually water-proof mascara will still come off with some water on a tissue. Or it will spread giving you racoon-eye (haha) but then you can wipe it off your face easier than if it was on your eye, when you wipe it off your face too use baby oil, or any type of oil or water…if you dont like the oil wash your face off afterwards. i know its annoying to take it off

You can use baby oil or if you have almond oil that's even better.

Wow ..I could tell you this..I used mascara once in my life..and my eyelashes fell out..I would say do not use it at all.

My optomotrist always has me use a dab of baby shampoo while in the shower to remove any & all eye make up, water proofor not. Your lashes are hair, right? I thought it was odd but if break out easily then oils are not the way to go & you don't wanna slide that makeup into your eyes.

use some oil that is not very oily or you can use gloss

I would just buy some eye makeup remover, it is fairly in expensive, and worth it. Otherwise you are going to pull out alot of lashes trying to get all the mascara off.
