They look scary.
i dont know i just dont use it, i have black long curly eyelashes.
They look like a torture device. Some are afraid of pinching their lid.
For me, eyelash curlers are a blessed invention.

There are many stories of woman pulling their eyelashes out because of the grab of the eyelash curler. Most of these are untrue, but you know how woman are ;). You'll be fine, nothing will happen if you use it correctly.
I think people are afraid that they will get their eyelashes shortened or something like that. Its happened before (if there is no rubber on it). Or maybe it's just the way the thing looks. It is sort of big and maybe some women don't feel comfortable with something like that touching their eyelashes. I think eyelash curlers are wonderful. Curled eyelashes really open up the eyes
because u can easily pull all of ur eye lashes out with them mii frend did tht. but i love them!!
People are pretty protective over thier own lashes. The are afraid that the curlers will pull their lashes out.
One day, when you're not paying attention, you're going to pinch your eyelid in the curler, and then you're going to know what everyone else is talking about. You can buy mascara that curls your lashes as you apply it, so to me, using a curler is a waste of time anyway.
I don't understand it either, they are the easiest things to use!
well i suppose it's because it's like your eyes…
and the curler itself can look kind of hard to use.
also, there are heated ones that work similar to a curling iron, cept for your lashes. I think women associate these with like danger since it's like heat near your eyes etc etc
