Yikes, you might not want to pluck it… Not only can it damage the cuticle underneath, but it can hurt really bad!
The average lifespan of eyelashes can go anywhere from a couple of weeks to about 3 months. I had the same problem myself, but I just used an eyelash curler to curl it the other way.
