Use Almay Triple Effect Mascara. It lengthens, volumizes, and curls, all in one! And extra, it NOURISHES your eyelashes, so they won't get brittle and broken. It's only like $8 at your local drugstore.
Or, if you keep wanting to use your XXL, use Vaseline after you take of your mascara. This will keep your lashes strong and soft.
theres an oil to increase length -its on one of those natural sites- but works great.
Both my daughter and I used it, and they are noticeably longer.
Its more than 9bucks , but is so worth the money
