If you can see it easily, reach it easily, and have a steady hand, you can pluck it with tweezers. If you don’t feel comfortable doing so (as you could potentially do yourself harm) ask your eye doctor to remove it for you. The lashes generally grow back every 3 months or so. I have patients come in 3 or 4 times a year for me to remove them. The formal name for this is trichiasis.

Use an eyelash curler to get the bent eyelash. Good Luck!!
