One of my cat's eyes is runny and it looks like she has an eyelash that is tuck to the side of her eye. Is there any way to remove this without going to the vet? I don't want to hurt her (obviously) but I didn't know if eye drops might help?

try petting her to sleep, while you are petting her pet her head and around her eyes. once she is sleeping continue to pet with one hand and slowly and gentley with the other try to open her eye enough to get the eyelash out.
maybe, but i wouldn't try anything incase you harm your cat. go to the vet.or unstick the eyelash and cut it off with some scissors.watch her eye though.
Try gently pulling the lid, upper or lower, up and away from the eye.
Do it the same way you would if it were you who had an eyelash stuck.
Flushing it with water MIGHT move it but I would try the other way first.
Use a warm salt water solution and gently bathe it as this should clean it at the same time
