Sales manager Jo-Anne Finch is suing The Heat Group - distributor of brands including Max Factor and CoverGirl - for alleged discrimination and harassment. In a hotly contested claim lodged with VCAT, Ms Finch says she worked 60-hour weeks and that her male counterparts put in only 40 hours on average. She has also alleged a male manager made unwelcome sexual advances, including commenting on another woman's breasts and telling Ms Finch she was "hot" and "sexy".
